ADDING VALUE TO THE COFFEE OF OUR LOCAL FARMERS
Hope Coffee Uganda focuses on adding value to the coffee produced by the local farmers. Hulling, grading and processing the farmers’ coffee through our valuation system are our major backbones of ensuring value addition. This has enabled farmers earn more income hence eradicating poverty
On ground, the factory team is always ready to take your coffee through all the steps of processing. Our hulling machine does the work of removing the coffee husks to retain the coffee beans automatically.
We add value to your coffee through grading it. This process implies that each grade is bought at a different price and therefore, if a farmer has good quality coffee, more income will be earned.
The following are the grades:
Immediately after your coffee going through the hulling and the grading process, our valuation system generates your gross pay and net pay. Payments are made through our Bank (Celebrate Hope SACCO)
Our farmers need support to enable them produce good quality coffee. We provide these advances to them through cash disbursement, tarpaulin distribution and farming implements support
